This is the starting point for getting your pages indexed on the search engines. Your pages will be optimized with the following process:
✔️Website review
I will review your website from the outside and then the inside to see what I am working with.
✔️Your SEO Data Review
I will use SEO software to review your Organic SEO traffic. This will help me see what is working for you and what isn’t. This is crucial, so I don’t change something that is already giving you excellent traffic.
✔️Keyword Review and Research
I will review the keyword list you are providing. I will do all the necessary keyword research in order to help you rank with the highest volume of searches.
✔️I will Optimize your Titles, H1, H2, H3
I will take keyword research and optimize the titles in your content. This may include creating them if they aren’t currently present.
✔️I will optimize your images
I will give your images alt tags, keyword descriptions and make sure they load quickly.
✔️Meta Data
I will create and optimize your meta data, which is what the search engines see and display as your title and descriptions in the search results.
✔️Structured Data
I will update, correct or install structured data that the search engines can use to profile your website pages and content.
✔️Content
I will review the content on your pages to include your keyword terms, and clean up grammar and misspellings. If the content needs a completely new write-up, I will contact you for approval before publishing the new content.
✔️Internal Links
I will add relevant internal links to your page, which helps with search engine ranking.
✔️Final Review
I will do a final review of all updates and changes. At this point, I will complete any add-on services you purchased. Then I will finalize your project.
What I Require From You To Do My Work:
I will reach out to you for this information:
✔️ I will need your URL (domain) so I can go to your website. I will also need a good contact email address and phone number.
✔️ I will need temporary Admin access to your website. I can provide my email address so you can create this access.
✔️ If website errors are occurring, I may need temporary Admin access to your hosting account in order to troubleshoot the problems and complete my work.
✔️ In order to complete Keyword Research, I will need a short list of keywords you want to rank for.
