My On-Page SEO Package Process:
✔️Website review
I will review your website from the outside and then the inside to see what I am working with.
✔️Your SEO Data Review
I will use SEO software to review your Organic SEO traffic. This will help me see what is working for you and what isn’t. This is crucial, so I don’t change something that is already giving you excellent traffic.
✔️Keyword Review and Research
I will review the keyword list you are providing. I will do all the necessary keyword research in order to help you rank with the highest volume of searches.
✔️I will Optimize your Titles, H1, H2, H3
I will take keyword research and optimize the titles in your content. This may include creating them if they aren’t currently present.
✔️I will optimize your images
I will give your images alt tags, keyword descriptions and make sure they load quickly.
✔️Meta Data
I will create and optimize your meta data, which is what the search engines see and display as your title and descriptions in the search results.
✔️Structured Data
I will update, correct or install structured data that the search engines can use to profile your website pages and content.
✔️Content
I will review the content on your pages to include your keyword terms, and clean up grammar and misspellings. If the content needs a completely new write-up, I will contact you for approval before publishing the new content.
✔️Internal Links
I will add relevant internal links to your page, which helps with search engine ranking.
✔️Final Review
I will do a final review of all updates and changes. At this point, I will complete any add-on services you purchased. Then I will finalize your project.
What I Require From You To Do My Work:
✔️ I will need your URL (domain) so I can go to your website. I will also need a good contact email address and phone number.
✔️ I will need temporary Admin access to your website. I can provide my email address so you can create this access.
✔️ If website errors are occurring, I may need temporary Admin access to your hosting account in order to troubleshoot the problems and complete my work.
✔️ In order to complete Keyword Research, I will need a short list of keywords you want to rank for.
FAQ’s
As soon as you make your package purchase, I will put you into my SEO schedule and shoot you an email letting you know exactly what to expect and how long it will take. I believe in being completely transparent. Most packages can be completed in 1-3 days from start to finish.
Yes! Unless I run into a problem with your website that prohibits me from doing my work. If that happens, I will contact you to discuss how to fix this and how to move forward. As for a time-frame, once you purchase a package, I will reach out to you and give you a spot in my SEO schedule, so that way you will know when the work will be complete.
I will take your keyword list and do keyword research. This will show me which keyword terms have the most volume to rank for. I will then suggest the best keyword terms for your website and why they are the best. For example, let’s say you own a Landscaping business. So you tell me you want your page to rank for “Landscaping”.
After doing research I find that “Landscaping” is searched for over 104,000 times a month on the search engines. What I also find out is that “Landscaping near me” is searched over 153,000 times a month on the search engines. Not only would you get more traffic with “Landscaping near me”, but it also has a lower KD (Keyword Difficulty), meaning you will rank for it easier.
This is the first step in the SEO process. SEO is an ongoing, life of the website, process and there are hundreds of factors depending on industry and competition. With this package, you will have the basic on-page SEO complete. This will help your page index on the search engines. Beating your competition is another thing. We can discuss how to dominate your industries keywords.
I will use an SEO plugin when none is installed. Platforms like Wix, already have SEO functionality for me to work with. I also use SEO software like AHREFs and/or SEMrush for research and reporting. Lastly, I use AI to create keyword-friendly content that is optimized for your business and is plagiarism free. All content that is AI created is always reviewed and edited by me personally. AI is only used to make sure you are getting the most out of your content using tone and SEO prompts.
